The shaver model you are referring to is the Axis AX3335 Nitris Foil Shaver. When you purchased it there should have been a booklet and a card to fill out and return. If the card is missing, you should be able to find instructions for registering the shaver online somewhere in the instruction booklet. I looked for more information about Axis but couldn't find anything more.
